Dock Permits (HB 1478)
On January 6, 2010, the House Resources, Recreation, and Development Committee will begin hearing HB 1478. This bill establishes a permitting process for dock designers. Please contact the Committee and ask them to ITL this bill.
Health Insurance Mandates (HB 561 and HB 569)
On January 6, 2010, a vote on the House floor will be taken on HB 561 and HB 569. Both bills amount to an insurance mandate and will cause private insurance to be more expensive. Find your Legislators and ask them to OPPOSE both bills.
Right to Know (HB 379)
