On February 4,2010 the House Ways and Means Committee will hold a an executive session on HB 1679 in Room 202 of the LOB at 10:00 AM.
This bill establishes a soft drinks tax. Revenues from the tax shall be deposited in a fund dedicated to obesity prevention and treatment programs.
Please contact the Committee and ask them to OPPOSE this bill.
