LLC Tax Repeal Now in Danger – The Small Business Community Needs Your Help
On Tuesday June 8, 2010 there will be a Press Conference at 10:00 AM in the LOB (the building behind the Capitol) to specifically ask our legislators to create a single, stand alone Bill, to repeal the LLC Tax. If our legislators truly support us small businesses, they will do it. There is no legal, operational, or ruling procedure to preclude them from it. This is where the rubber hits the road. They can create a standalone Bill or clearly state they are holding small businesses hostage.
Please show up in force, and let our Legislators know what we expect from them!
