RTK-NH Passes New Law

Thanks to the group Right to Know, NH who drafted the bill, Governor Sununu signed HB 296 into law on July 10th.

HB 296 changes the Right-to-Know Law (RSA 91-A) so that no cost shall be charged for the inspection or delivery, without copying, of governmental records, whether in paper, electronic, or other form.
