HCR4 is a bill to call for an Article V Convention. It is due to come up for a floor vote in the NH House of Representatives.
If the House does not kill this bill, they will have paved the way for “A MORE PROGRESSIVE CONSTITUTION”.
In fact, there have been more than 3 new US Constitutions crafted waiting to replace the current one since by the founders of the movement. Read here who those founders are.

“An Article V Convention Made Easy” shows why Delegates to an Article V Convention have the power to throw off the Constitution we have and set up a new one, with a new and easier mode of ratification.
And Convention of States (COS) board member Robert P. George is only one of the individuals who has co-drafted a new constitution which grants massive powers to a new fed government and imposes gun control with red flag confiscations!

Please ask the House to KILL HCR4, and all applications asking Congress to call an Article V Convention and to rescind any applications already sent to Congress.
