The House Republicans have sent this around regarding the preservation of public access rights (91-A) during times of distancing and cancellations of meetings, worth sharing.
We are getting lots of questions from members pertaining to local municipal public meetings. We wanted to send along 2 documents that provide guidance on how public meetings can occur, and the provisions to ensure public access.

– Governor Sununu issued Emergency Order 12 earlier this week which makes temporary modification of public access to meetings under RSA 91-A.
– The NH Municipal Association has circulated guidance regarding public meetings and COVID-19, which was updated yesterday to account for the governor’s Emergency Order 16, which prohibits gatherings of more than 10 people.
