There will be a hearing by the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday 1/30/18 at 10:30 AM in the Legislative Office Building, Room 208, Concord.
CACR 15 enables Taxpayers to again bring judgements against government. It will restore standing to petition the court to declare whether the state or the political subdivision in which the taxpayer resides has spent funds in violation of a law, ordinance, or constitutional provision. CACR 15 would add Taxpayer Standing into the NH Constitution Bill of Rights.
