On January 6, 2010, a vote on the House floor will be taken on HB 180, a bill that would make an exception from the registration requirement for persons convicted of nonviolent sexual assault involving a victim who was at least 13 years of age but under 16 years of age.
Find your Legislators and ask them to OPPOSE this bill.
