CNHT does not believe that our current RTK law (RSA 91-A) needs to be tampered with.
Often commissions are set up to ‘study’ an issue with the result of new laws or changed laws.
Examples of these are home schooling, gambling, assisted suicide.
Commissions must be watched carefully so that laws in question are not loosened with respect to your rights, or where an specific agenda is obviously being pursued.
