According to this article in the Union Leader Governor Lynch has stated in part:
“As we work to bring this budget to a close, it is not enough for critics simply to say “no,” without offering plausible alternatives. … Those who call for significant additional cuts should be expected to identify where they will cut, and how those cuts will impact services and local property taxes.”
