SB 197 would decrease the quorum for the RTK Commission from 9 to 7. This bill has passed the Senate and does not yet have a hearing date in the House.

Please write to the House Judiciary Committee and ask them to DISBAND the RTK Commission as they have obviously outlived their usefulness. There is no need to tamper further with our current RTK law. (RSA 91-A)
