Considering the problems we have had with voter fraud and the recent attempt to pass laws that allow anyone to vote whether they intend to live in NH or not, CNHT supports the ability for challengers to monitor voter registration information.

However, unless citizens have access to information that is used to determine voters’ eligibility voter fraud can never be discovered or challenged. By excluding poll watchers from hearing a voter provide the information on which registration or voting is allowed, they will not be able to determine that fraudulent voting is not occurring.

This bill passed the house with a vote of 246-111 (Yea).
