Finally finding a way to have “experts” control another activist court decision letting non-citizens vote in New Hampshire.
The part about our State stipulating that voter fraud in NH is almost non-existent is especially galling.
NH forgot to state that NH has not investigated voter fraud since 2010.
They forgot to ask the State Superior Court how non-citizens voters will serve on a jury.
Also, I must have missed the part where they told the court that 5,313 2016 voters who used out-of-state drivers licenses – never got one in NH.
But then, again, our Legislature will trot out another bill to be shot down.
This has been going on since 1972.
