Below with other documents included, is the final copy of the letter Honorable Bill O’Brien, former Speaker of the NH House, has sent to the US Dept. of Justice requesting a criminal investigation of the Australian Labor Party and the Sanders 2016 presidential campaign based on the results of the recent FEC investigation of both. In that investigation, it appears that the FEC determined the violations were knowing and willful, a predicate to criminal prosecution.
