In addition to his expertise on voter fraud, Chairman Ed Naile is helping out a new working group on NH’s Right to Know law (RSA 91-A) for more transparency in NH government.

Naile said people need to understand that it is a “constant uphill battle just to get public officials to be open.”

Naile encouraged residents interacting with government to “document everything you do … like you expect to go to court” and said, “Every little document counts.”

Right to Know New Hampshire has recommended two bills for ratification with the New Hampshire General Court, one to “strengthen citizens’ access to government information” and another to establish a Right to Know board to hear alleged violations.
