Texas Man Tries to Cast Posthumous Ballot
Police almost physically caught, he ran away, a guy trying to steal a vote in place of a deceased Manchester voter in the 2012 Presidential Primary – before they caught a guy who moved out of Manchester long ago, voting in the 2012 General Election.
What never happens in a liberal mind happens again.
