On Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 1:30 PM in the LOB room 204 (the building in back of the State House) the House Judiciary Committee will hear HB 388.
This bill provides civil immunity to the owner of a firearm in the event the firearm is used in the commission of a felony or a misdemeanor.
