Thursday February 9, 2012 at 9:30 there is a hearing in LOB 208 regarding HB 1510.
HB 1510 seeks to prevent Superior court judges from dismissing taxpayer suits out of hand for no “standing.”
The recent trend is that a taxpayer has to show specific harm or no challenge to a school or town.
Superior Court judges will be testifying against this bill!
Please write to the House Judiciary Committee to ask them to support this bill.
