If you get any sort of email that suggests you vote for anything, or support a candidate or cause, and it comes by way of your children in the form of a flyer, mailer, or email, it is illegal in NH because it violates our compelled speech laws.
Public employees may not use public time or funds to promote causes.
Apparently this parental liaison person in Florida didn’t see an ethical problem with her own missive.
So now, we know what you are thinking… What about the school’s curriculum, infused with political bias? An example would be the Souhegan High School’s blatant promotion of the “ONE” Campaign.
