The House Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee will hold a hearing on HB 1134 on January 14, 2010 at 2:00 PM in the LOB Room 204.
HB 1134 specifies the circumstances under which a federal officer or special agent may use deadly or non-deadly force in assisting a New Hampshire law enforcement officer.
Please contact the Committee and ask them to OPPOSE this bill. This bill authorizes the feds to interfere in local law enforcement business.
