On January 6, 2010, a vote on the House floor will be taken on HB 299, a bill that would prohibit banks from requiring blood samples, fingerprints, and DNA samples in order to complete a banking transaction.
Find your Legislators and ask them to SUPPORT this bill.
This bill was deemed OTP with a minor amendment to the language and has yet to come up in the Senate.
