SB78 – overrides the rights of your local zoning board.
\nSB81 – increases the amount of annual real estate transfer tax revenues that are transferred to the affordable housing fund.
\nSB84 – overrides the rights of your local zoning board to set maximum lot sizes.
\nSB163 – overrides the rights of your local zoning board.
\nSB174 – overrides the rights of your local zoning board.
\nSB188 – allows private entities to serve as code inspectors.
\nSB281 – allows building on roads not maintained by the towns which is dangerous.
\nSB284 – overrides the requirement for a certain number of parking spaces per unit.<\/p>\n
