CNHT is opposed to a statewide income or sales tax. We ask that all candidates running in any 2010 election for NH House or Senate who have not done so already, take our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnht.org\/images\/pledge.jpg\">Pledge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We will also make note of any candidates who openly support broad-based taxes.<\/p>\n<p>Jeff Goley announced his support for an income tax on the New Hampshire State Legislative Election 2002 National Political Awareness Questionnaire (votesmart.org).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShould New Hampshire implement a statewide income tax,\u201d asked the questionnaire.<\/p>\n<p> \u201cYes,\u201d wrote Jeff Goley.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jeff Goley (D) will be opposing David Boutin (R) in the general election for Senate District 16 on February 16, 2010.
