Based on her voting history Seysha Neil Mehta has never been obstructed from registering to vote in New Hampshire \u2013 or Ohio. Read about her for yourself<\/p>\n<p><strong>MEHTA, SEYSHA NEIL<\/strong> (Plaintiff in Supra case SB3 July, 2021)<br \/>\nOhio Voter Registration History in OHIO: MEHTA, SEYSHA NEIL was born 21 November 1998 and registered to vote with the address 2650 HICKORY LN, PEPPER PIKE, OHIO.<br \/>\nOhio Voter ID number: OH0025639168<br \/>\nRegistered in Ohio since: REGISTRATION_DATE 2020-07-19<br \/>\nDATE_OF_BIRTH\t1998-11-21<br \/>\nVoted GENERAL 3 November 2020\tX<br \/>\nhttps:\/\/www.ohiosos.gov\/globalassets\/elections\/forms\/4010.pdf<\/p>\n<p><strong>OHIO VOTER IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Voters must bring identification to the polls in order to verify identity. Identification may include current and valid photo identification, a military identification, or a copy of a current (within the last 12 months) utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document (other than a notice of voter registration mailed by a board of elections) that shows the voter\u2019s name and current address. Voters who do not provide one of these documents will still be able to vote by providing the last four digits of the voter\u2019s Social Security number and by casting a provisional ballot pursuant to R.C. 3505.181. For more information on voter identification requirements, please consult the Secretary of State\u2019s website at: <\/p>\n<p>VoteOhio.gov or call (877) 767-6446.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHOEVER COMMITS ELECTION FALSIFICATION IS GUILTY OF A FELONY OF THE FIFTH DEGREE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Section 4503.111 | Registration within thirty days of residency.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ohio Revised Code\/Title 45 Motor Vehicles-Aeronautics-Watercraft\/Chapter 4503 Licensing Of Motor Vehicles Effective: July 1, 2015, Latest Legislation: House Bill 53 &#8211; 131st General Assembly PDF: Download Authenticated PDF <\/p>\n<p><strong>(A) Within thirty days of becoming a resident of this state, any person who owns a motor vehicle operated or driven upon the public roads or highways shall register the vehicle in this state. If such a person fails to register a vehicle owned by the person, the person shall not operate any motor vehicle in this state under a license issued by another state.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(B)(1) Whoever violates division (A) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (2) The offense established under division (B)(1) of this section is a strict liability offense and strict liability is a culpable mental state for purposes of section 2901.20 of the Revised Code. The designation of this offense as a strict liability offense shall not be construed to imply that any other offense, for which there is no specified degree of culpability, is not a strict liability offense.<\/p>\n<p>(C) For purposes of division (A) of this section, &#8220;resident&#8221; means any person to<br \/>\nwhom any of the following applies:<\/p>\n<p>(3) The person maintains their principal residence in this state and does not reside in this state as a result of the person&#8217;s active service in the United States armed forces.<\/p>\n<p>(4) The person is determined by the registrar of motor vehicles to be a resident in accordance with standards adopted by the registrar under section 4507.01 of the Revised Code.<br \/>\nBack to poor Seysha.<\/p>\n<p>Seysha Neil Mehta used a campus address to vote in NH. The Dartmouth College backed her up with a letter stating she had a dorm there. A dorm is not a domicile.<\/p>\n<p>Dartmouth has been doing this since 2002, I know of, and in a just world should be held liable for promoting voter fraud by out-of-state students.<\/p>\n<p>So why hasn\u2019t this Dartmouth genius sued Ohio for hindering her ability to vote by requiring drivers to register cars within 30 days? Or having a misdemeanor penalty for not doing so?
