We wanted to send along 2 documents that provide guidance on how public meetings can occur, and the provisions to ensure public access.<\/p>\n<p>Both documents are linked below.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.nh.gov\/news-media\/emergency-orders\/documents\/emergency-order-12.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Governor Sununu issued Emergency Order 12<\/a> earlier this week which makes temporary modification of public access to meetings under RSA 91-A.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhmunicipal.org\/sites\/default\/files\/uploads\/documents\/91-a_and_covid_19_march_24.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NH Municipal Association has circulated guidance regarding public meetings and COVID-19<\/a>, which was updated yesterday to account for the governor&#8217;s Emergency Order 16, which prohibits gatherings of more than 10 people.<\/p>\n<p>Additional resources for municipalities are available on the NHMA website<br \/>\nhere: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhmunicipal.org\/covid-19-resources\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NHMA COVID-19<\/a> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The House Republicans have sent this around regarding the preservation of public access rights (91-A) during times of distancing and cancellations of meetings, worth sharing.
