Wouldn&#8217;t you love to see their faces when they look at that first paycheck?<\/p>\n<p>If voters in prison in NH were allowed to cast votes in the community in which they are incarcerated, residing, they would have the same political power as out-of-state student voters. But the NH ACLU and League of Women Voters don&#8217;t go bat in court for prison voters like they do non-resident students.<\/p>\n<p>Same with people in the military. They must vote in their home town &#8211; not on base. Less clout for those who serve.
