The NEFAC <a href=\"http:\/\/nefac.org\/2019-new-england-first-amendment-awards\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">recognized<\/a> David Saad for his work with RTKNH:&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;In 2013, David Saad and several other citizens formed Right to Know NH as a nonpartisan citizen coalition working to improve transparency of New Hampshire state, county, and local governments.
