That\u2019s a poll tax,\u201d<\/em> she said, referencing a long-outlawed practice some U.S. jurisdictions used to keep poor and minority citizens from voting. <em>\u201cWhen you have to sacrifice four hours of work on the off-chance that you make it through and get to cast a ballot, that\u2019s a poll tax.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>What is important is that her audience was made up of Democrats, Marxists, Maoists, socialists and other utopian collectivists at the Democratic National Committee\u2019s winter meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cbrain trust\u201d of the Democrat Party sat in front of a woman who had millions of people vote in her losing election and all she could find regarding voter fraud was four people who had to wait longer than they wanted to vote.<\/p>\n<p>Were they the only people in line?
