They retain an out-of-state domicile as shown in their arrest records \u2013 which unlike most election documents in NH, are still public.<\/p>\n<p>Here are Keene State College, NH \u201cSuper Enfranchised\u201d registered voters selected at random by Keene Police Department. Voter ID number: 11001360873<\/p>\n<p>Three of these New Hampshire voters, arrested in April and May of 2018, used a bulk mail address.<\/p>\n<p>Qualified voters in New Hampshire are required to give a street address.
