Judge Messer stopped that last Wednesday January 11 with a motion for injunctive relief that had been  filed before we met them.<\/p>\n<p>The Request for Injunctive Relief that was typed up in a hurry this morning spells out some of it.<\/p>\n<p>CNHT is always concerned about property rights, even if said property was considered a nuisance by the Town.
