Voters who want an income AND sales tax only give Lynch a 68% approval rating.<\/p>\n
America’s most popular Governor has an 82% approval rating from school superintendents waiting for building aid.<\/p>\n
Welfare recipients give Lynch an 85% approval rating.<\/p>\n
Among anti-tax, small government extremists Lynch has a 97% approval rating for his latest budget.<\/p>\n
Legislators who spent 17.5% more in the last budget than the previous one support Lynch 100% and are ready to spend another 17.5 % next time they get a chance.<\/p>\n
