Kimberly Casey (D) , Rockingham 11; Rep. James Garrity (D+R) , Rockingham 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here is some of the sneaky language in the proposed bill:<\/p>\n<p><strong>[struck language]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>1 Right-to-Know Law; Definition of \u201cPublic Body.\u201d Amend RSA 91-A:1-a, VI(d) to read as follows:<\/p>\n<p>(d) Any legislative body, governing body, board, commission[,] or committee, <strong>[AGENCY, or authority]<\/strong> of any county, town, municipal corporation, school district, school administrative unit, chartered public school, or other political subdivision, or any committee, subcommittee, or subordinate body thereof, or advisory committee thereto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>This bill was retained in committee on March 17, 2009.
