He is awaiting trial on a different matter, a felony Voter Suppression charge regarding his May 2015  fraudulent press release wherein he claimed to be a Republican candidate for the office of State Rep. in a Candia, Deerfield area special election.<\/p>\n<p>Gibson claimed to a news source after he was arrested that it was nothing more than a prank. He is also claiming to live in Concord. That is not true. he is not a resident or domiciled in NH.<\/p>\n<p>Carl Robert Gibson has used different addresses to register to vote in at least five states we know of in 2012 and 2013; Connecticut, NH, Wisconsin, Kentucky, and Texas.<\/p>\n<p>This vote thief registered same day, in person, in November of 2012 and voted in the NH General Election in Concord from 26 Summit St.<\/p>\n<p>He registered to vote in Wisconsin in 2013 and voted in that state&#8217;s statewide election for supreme court justices from 244 Lakeland Place, Madison. He has an apartment there.<\/p>\n<p>This vote thief voted in the NH November 2014 General Election by absentee ballot.<\/p>\n<p>As identification in all of his various voter registrations he used his Kentucky Driver&#8217;s License &#8211; which he renewd on November 27, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>Gibson has been a registered voter in Kentucky since 2006 from the address of 117 Comanche Drive, Elizabethtown in Hardin County.<\/p>\n<p>Carl Robert Gibson is a Kentucky resident &#8211; NOT a NH resident.<\/p>\n<p>Proof:<\/p>\n<p>Page #1: Carl Robert Gibson renewd his Kentucky driver&#8217;s license November 27, 2013. He had been a registered Kentucky voter since 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Page #2: Kentucky voter registration form with perjury clause swearing the registrant is not a voter in any other state.<\/p>\n<p>Page #3: Kentucky Statute defining Residence\/Domicile<\/p>\n<p>Carl Robert Gibson&#8217;s nex domicile should be a New Hampshire House of Corrections for Voter Suppression and voter fraud.<\/p>\n<p>CNHT will urge the NH Attorney General to charge Gibson with false swearing to a NH election official.
