Here is a refusal to me from the NH AG for a copy of the investigation that office did into the non-residents voting from State Senator Martha Fuller Clark’s private voter fraud motel in Portsmouth.<\/p>\n

Fuller Clark 91-A Refusal<\/a><\/p>\n

I was asking for this document so I could read more about what the news media had quoted from the investigation:<\/p>\n

PORTSMOUTH \u2014 The state attorney general\u2019s office concluded there is no evidence of voter fraud related to four workers for the Obama for America campaign who cast votes during the last two presidential elections while using state Sen. Martha Fuller Clark\u2019s address as their own.<\/p>\n

The four people established a physical presence at Fuller Clark\u2019s home, \u201cwhich continued for several months,\u201d and that was their domicile until they moved after the elections, concluded Assistant Attorney General Stephen LaBonte.<\/p>\n

In a letter dated Aug. 21, LaBonte noted the Constitution protects the freedom to travel and allows citizens to reside in any state, while the courts have held \u201cthere is no lengthy residency period which a citizen must meet before he or she can vote.\u201d LaBonte addressed each of the four temporary guests at Fuller Clark\u2019s home individually.<\/em><\/p>\n

“Flynn did say that the Democratic Party instructed campaign workers who were living in New Hampshire to vote in the towns or cities (where) they lived,” the attorney general’s report states.”<\/em><\/p>\n

So I can’t have a copy of what has already been released?<\/p>\n
