Schneider Jr. of Ma. voting in Ward 9 in Manchester back in November 2012 but we do know this.<\/p>\n<p>Ward 9 Moderator Gloria Pilotte has a sharp eye.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/bostonherald.com\/news_opinion\/us_politics\/2012\/01\/dead_man_voting_texas_man_tries_cast_posthumous_ballot\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Texas Man Tries to Cast Posthumous Ballot<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Police almost physically caught, he ran away, a guy trying to steal a vote in place of a deceased Manchester voter in the 2012 Presidential Primary \u2013 before they caught a guy who moved out of Manchester long ago, voting in the 2012 General Election.<\/p>\n<p>What never happens in a liberal mind happens again.<\/p>\n<p>(I caught three non-residents in Ward 3 in 2006.
