Now they want to ban fireworks!<\/p>\n<p>They sell these types of fireworks in Maine too, so there&#8217;s your NH fireworks dollar headed East. <\/p>\n<p>Please come testify at the committee Hearing on Tuesday, January 29th, in Room 204 at 2:00 PM before the <a href=\"http:\/\/gencourt.state.nh.us\/house\/committees\/committeedetails.aspx?code=H26\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Contact the Committee ahead of time and let them know you want them to ITL this bill.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gencourt.state.nh.us\/legislation\/2013\/HB0336.html\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">HB 336<\/a> is AN ACT prohibiting the retail sale of certain fireworks devices.<\/p>\n<p>SPONSORS: Rep. Takesian, Hills 37; Rep. Rhodes, Hills 30; Sen. Morse, Dist 22<\/p>\n<p>ANALYSIS: This bill prohibits the retail sale of helicopters, aerial spinners, reloadable aerial shells, and parachute aerial devices.
