{"id":2331,"date":"2012-05-01T12:19:31","date_gmt":"2012-05-01T17:19:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.cnht.org\/news\/?p=2331"},"modified":"2017-12-14T16:23:56","modified_gmt":"2017-12-14T21:23:56","slug":"students-promised-day-off-for-political-activism","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cnht.org\/news\/2012\/05\/01\/students-promised-day-off-for-political-activism\/","title":{"rendered":"Students Promised Day Off for Political Activism"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnht.org\/news\/2012\/04\/28\/senate-hearing-on-hb-1403-may-1\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">We wrote about why the NH Senate should support HB 1403<\/a> which recently passed the NH House by 2-1 margin.<\/p>\n<p>We cited the improper use of activism as one reason for rejecting IB, as promoted by the UN in the case of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibo.org\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">International Baccalaureate<\/a> program which claims to deliver &#8216;international&#8217; education while actually brainwashing for UN ideals.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a flyer taken from Bedford High School, where the program is used, that promises the students a day off if they will go to the state house to protest HB 1403 at the Senate today.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is electioneering by school officials and is forbidden by NH law.<\/strong> Further, the flyer states that they would like to &#8216;save AP&#8217;. <strong>This is incorrect.
