The housing in town is already at a premium. It is these types of things that can only make it worse. <\/p>\n<p>The restrictions now in place are enough to keep our town a nice place to live. The land you\u2019ll be purchasing only abuts a few high-priced homes. <\/p>\n<p>The people who support this bill have an agenda. They want to use your money to buy land around them so their back yard is huge at your expense and increases the value of their homes. <\/p>\n<p>Look at the real estate section. When it says \u201csurrounded by conservation land,\u201d its value is higher. If you want conservation land, you raise the funds and you buy it. Not me! <\/p>\n<p>###<\/p>\n<p>Editors Note: Tia Bastian sees what is going on. That land you see in the real estate section IS FOR SALE!
