Rep. Rick Watrous of Concord attempted to get a bill passed (HB 1356) that would require groups that take substantial funds from public monies to open up their dealings to the public under the right to know law.(RSA 91-A). And why not?<\/p>\n<p>Sadly this bill was defeated in the NH House.<\/p>\n<p>You may be asked at town meetings to vote to donate money to these private groups.
