RIGHT TO KNOW NH<\/h2>\n

Right to Know New Hampshire is an award-winning group<\/a> that deals with one very important issue only, and that is NH’s “Right to Know” law, technically known as RSA 91-A<\/a>. <\/p>\n

This issue is so important that we devoted this page to the group.<\/p>\n

On their website you will find a wealth of information including regarding when and how to use RSA 91-A, how to file a request, and how to challenge non-compliance.<\/p>\n

Here is a list of 2018 LSRs<\/a> that have been submitted regarding the 91-A law.<\/p>\n

This group holds regular meetings at the CNHT office in Concord.<\/p>\n

Remember, Right to Know, and RECORD Law Section 91-A:2 (d) <\/a>provides that: \u201cAny person shall be permitted to use recording devices, including, but not limited to, tape recorders, cameras, and videotape equipment, at such meetings.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
