HOUSE BILL 1343 is a bill that establishes a joint committee of the legislature to consider the constitutionality of acts, orders, laws, statutes, regulations, and rules by the government of the United States including the legislative, executive, and judicial branches, and to consider the actions necessary to protect the sovereignty of the state of New Hampshire.

The bill merely reaffirms our states rights, currently provided for in the Constitution.

This bill is scheduled for a House Floor vote because they did not get to it on Wednesday, March 17, 2010.

Meanwhile you can write to the Legislators to ask them to SUPPORT this very important bill. Despite the majority report of ITL, it can still succeed in a floor vote if enough pressure is put on your legislators!
