HCR 10 – a call for an Article V Convention – will be heard by the House State and Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs on 01/31/2018 at 11:00 AM in LOB Room 206.
“This resolution applies to Congress, under Article V of the United States Constitution, to call a convention of the states for the purpose of proposing amendments to the Constitution that impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of Congress.”
