Here is the latest update on CNHT’s help in representing the Winslows of New Boston in their case regarding the town of New Boston.
It is good news in that the Town must finally produce an inventory of items they have taken from the Winslow property, and allow John Winslow to be present at any future inspections by the Town.
That has not been done by the Town yet. They have not yet complied with previous Court Orders or State Statute RSA 696:112.
