Milford man, mom fined over illegal voting

CONCORD — A Milford man and his mother agreed to pay a $1,250 fine as part of a settlement into allegations he voted twice during the 2012 general election, according to a release from the state Attorney General’s Office.

“Under New Hampshire law, it is illegal for a person to vote more than once for any office or measure in any election and/or apply for a ballot in a name other than his or her own,” the release said.
