This sheet outlines some of the goals that have been suggested to New Hampshire’s nine regional planning commissions.

Please remember, the commissions are unelected boards, created by executive orders, and funded by your tax dollars. They have NO authority to pass new laws or town ordinances. They can only lobby town councils, selectmen, and the NH legislature to get support for new laws concerning these items.

The items in this file demand further explanation and definition. They did not come from requests of the taxpayers, but were suggested from the guidebook of the American Planning Association.
