After questioning the panelists, we came to the conclusion that since they assured us they were NOT going to use any materials provided by www.IBO.org, nor sign the company’s mission statement, and that they were already employing the same recommended pedagogy (constructivism and inquiry), that they were indeed buying a “pet rock.”
