HB 89 would compel the NH Attorney General to join a multi-state lawsuit challenging the Constitutionality of Obamacare. So far, Attorney General Michael Delaney has been unwilling to comply with with the people’s voice.
It is an act requiring the attorney general to file lawsuits challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s cap and trade program.
It was heard in the House State and Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee on January 13, 2011
