Hands Off NH wants Governor Lynch to stop stealing.

Why raise taxes – when you can just take the money?

Governor John Lynch attempted one of the largest confiscations of private property in New Hampshire history. In order to pay for bigger budgets and wasteful spending Lynch raided a private medical malpractice fund of our doctors, nurses and healthcare providers.

The doctors and nurses sued Lynch to stop the taking of private property and thankfully, the Supreme Court slapped down Lynch’s $110 million raid of private funds.

Lynch tried to change state rules to ignore the court and take the money away- the legislature rejected Lynch’s attempted raid once but now they have changed their tune!

In a lame duck session of the legislature members of the members of the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules will vote again on the JUA raid- they can stop the stealing and protect private property rights. The members of the Joint Legislative Committee on Administrative Rules will be voting on whether or not John Lynch and his insurance commissioner can change the rules and take the money.

It is important we call John Lynch and the committee members today.

Call John Lynch today at 271-2121 and tell him that stealing private property to balance the state budget it wrong.
