The NH House Commerce and Consumer Affairs Committee will be having a public hearing on Wednesday, April 29th in the Legislative Office Building at 1:30 PM for SB 5.
SB 5 would prohibit retailers from disclosing consumer information to foreign states in connection to the collection of sales and use taxes.
