Seems that now we are up to 24 states who feel the need to declare their rights by explicit restatements of what has always been in place, but not necessarily enforced, as detailed by the 10th Amendment.
23 other States Claiming Sovereignty are AZ, AL, AK, AR, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IN, KS, ME, MI, MO, MT, NV, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, & WV.
Please write to your Local Representatives and ask them to vote to SUPPORT this bill by voting NO to ITL on March 4, 2009 when it comes to the floor.
Then contact all 24 NH Senators and ask them to recommend this bill.
